I talked to you a month ago when you said you needed my credit card again. You already had it.
I then told you I no longer needed your services. You kept dogging me about the $50.You had my credit card but today i updated it again for you so you could charge me 50 +the late fee.
You call me every morning at 8 to remind me.
I have just given you the number since you are so incompetent that you keep bothering me for the number that you used monthly to deduct more and more from my account. And I haven't seen a pest control guy in months.
so, I have paid you off. As I told you on the phone , stop.
Don't come anymore. I don't need your services Stop

i recently attempted to cancel service with this company. I called and also put in writing as required.
I asked for my contract. It was sent to me by my agent ( not customer service). They sent me an agreement from august of 2020. This was over 9 months after I started with them minimum.
In august of 2020 I added 2 cameras to my EXISTING SERVICE . In fact.... the cameras were $100 a piece according to hawk and paid for directly by me. Not once at any point in time did this company inform me that adding cameras would restart an agreement with them.
This was at best case unethical.
On top of that...i have changed companies and hawk s telling me that that will continue billing me FULL amount of security and leave account open for a service i am no longer using with them. Im befuddled and will make sure to spread the word about their company

Hawk / Interface are liars!
I was kicked out of the building I ran my business out of for 12 years because it was sold out from under me. I moved all of my belongings out and the last thing I did was removed the alarm system.
I called the 800 number on the keypad to let them know that I was moving to a new location and I needed to transfer my system over to the new address. They sent a guy out who had me sign a contract, the set up the system and about a week or two later is when I find out that Hawk and Interface are no longer the same company?? Hawk never told me about this, they acted like they were the same company throughout the meeting I had with the rep, he never once told me they were not the same company anymore. Now I am being billed by Interface for nearly 1200 dollars for an early termination fee??
How can they do this to me? They never told me they were getting a divorce! They never changed the equipment to update the numbers to Interface! The numbers were Hawk and that was who I thought was my security company!!!!!!
Now they are taking me to collections because I refuse to pay them for screwing me over like this! I will file a report with the FTC and the better business bureau.

I was not in an "unhappy mood". What's mood have to do with the facts?
Hawk and interface security lies to their customers! That's a known fact.
Does me using an explanation point indicate to you that I'm in an "unhappy mood"? I think not.
I was also lied to. I was told by a service guy that my system was old and out of date (I live in a new house) and that the issues I was experiencing were due to that fact.
I had this new system installed, increased my monthly bill and signed a new contract. The next week the issue persisted... new system and all!
I have contacted the company to resolve the issue 4 times. They have yet to fix it and are rude when I call.
They don't care about their customers. It's obvious they do not care about you or me either. I'm surprised the other customers they rip off aren't complaining too.
